Dan Hartley is the current Global Head of Digital Commerce for AllSaints Retail Ltd, a premium British fashion house – which directly operates over 220 stores and ships to over 200 countries. In this role, Dan is responsible for the overall commercial trading of the Global, US, UK, EU and ASIA websites, in addition to leading in-store digital sales channels in US, UK and EU.
Dan leads global digital strategy across content, visual merchandising, copy, analytics, design, and front end development. His team collaborates cross-functionally to manage all aspects of the Commerce business, including partnering with Creative, SEO, Marketing and UX teams to drive revenue and customer acquisition and identify multi-channel initiatives.
Dan began his outstanding career at AllSaints as a retail store Sales Assistant; he rapidly ascended into increasingly demanding management roles before being named the company’s Global Innovation Manager in 2014. His most recent prior role was Global Head of Digital Solutions.
